A deposit is required to secure all SHINELAB bookings. Deposits are typically $100.00 and are applied toward your final payment. They are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule with sufficient notice, your deposit may be applied to the new date. Deposits can be paid online, over the phone, or in person.

 

4. Payments

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability

SHINELAB performs services with care; however, minor risks exist when detailing vehicles. Customers must disclose all vehicle conditions (e.g., pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications). SHINELAB is not liable for pre-existing damage or damages resulting from structural or mechanical issues unrelated to detailing services. Vehicles are handled responsibly, but customers release SHINELAB from claims for incidental damages unless caused by gross negligence.

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, are property of SHINELAB. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
