Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with ShineLab or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Payments

​

  • Bookings can be made online, over the phone, or in person.

  • A deposit may be required for certain services or high-value bookings.

  • Full payment is due at the completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept EFTPOS, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged in full.

3. Service Guarantee & Limitations

​

  • We take pride in our work and aim to deliver high-quality results.

  • Due to the nature of detailing, certain stains, scratches, or damage may not be fully removable.

  • We will inform you of any limitations before service if they are identified.

4. Customer Responsibilities

​

  • Please remove personal items from your vehicle prior to your appointment.

  • ShineLab is not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

  • Let us know in advance of any pre-existing damage, sensitive surfaces, or aftermarket parts.

5. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

​

  • We inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality control.

  • Any damage or concerns will be documented and communicated before work begins.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe or poses a health hazard.

6. Liability

​

  • ShineLab takes reasonable care in providing all services.

  • We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, aftermarket installations, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, prior damage).

7. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

8. Changes to Terms

  • ShineLab may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
