Whether it’s your first time getting your car detailed or you’re a returning client, this section covers the most common questions we get about our services, booking process, and what to expect. 1. What services do you offer?
We offer a full range of car detailing services including exterior washing, paint correction, ceramic coating, interior deep cleaning, engine bay cleaning, and more. Custom packages are available upon request.
2. How long does a detail take?
Service times vary based on the size of your vehicle and the package selected. (These times are estimated based on a medium sized vehicle).

Basic detail: 1.5–2 hours

Full detail: 3–6 hours

Ceramic coating or paint correction: Full day or longer

Headlight restoration: 2 hours
We’ll give you a time estimate when you book.
3. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, appointments are required. We recommend booking at least a few days ahead, especially for weekends or larger detailing jobs.
4. What should I do before my appointment?
Please remove any personal items from your vehicle, especially from the seats, glove box, and boot. This allows us to clean more thoroughly and safely. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
5. Do you offer mobile detailing?
At this stage, we operate from our workshop only. Mobile detailing may be offered in the future—stay tuned!
6. What if it rains?
At our main site, most services are performed indoors, rain won’t affect your booking. If your vehicle is taken to our secondary site, this is outdoors and we are unable to perform some services due to not having a closed site to perform those services. If weather impacts your arrival or the service outcome, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust as needed.
7. What products do you use?
We use premium, industry-proven products that are safe for your vehicle’s paint, interior, and surfaces. We also offer eco-friendly options—just ask!
8. Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a free re-service or touch-up. See our Refund Policy for more info.
9. Can you remove all scratches or stains?
While we can improve or eliminate many imperfections, some deep scratches or set-in stains may not be fully removable. We'll advise you upfront during inspection.
10. How do I pay?
We accept EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and secure digital payments. Payment is due upon completion unless a deposit was paid.
