Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

At ShineLab, we take pride in delivering high-quality car detailing and vehicle care services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

1. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • We will inspect the vehicle and, where appropriate, offer a free re-service or touch-up.

  • Refunds are considered only if we are unable to reasonably resolve the issue through rework.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • You were charged incorrectly (e.g. billing error).

  • A confirmed booking was paid in advance and ShineLab canceled without rescheduling.

  • Services were not provided due to a fault on our end.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or incorrect service selection by the customer

  • Customer no-shows or late cancellations (see Cancellation Policy)

  • Pre-existing damage or unrealistic service expectations (e.g. deep scratches, permanent stains)

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, once approved.

  • We may require photos or an in-person inspection before issuing a refund.
